For Admission in Sainik schools admission 2022-23 in class 6th, a boy/girl should be born between 1 April 2010 to 31 March 2012 (Both dates inclusive).
For Admission in Sainik schools admission 2022-23 in class 9th, a boy should be born between 1 April 2007 to 31 March 2009 (Both dates inclusive).
Also, Beginning with academic session 2021-22, All Sainik schools have started accepting girl students/cadets for admission in class 6th by reserving for them 10% of total available seats (minimum 10 seats/sainik school).
