Sainik School Latest News: Sainik Schools conduct their admission process via a centrally organised exam known as All India Sainik Schools entrance exam (AISSEE). What is E Counseling for Sainik Schools 2027?
After conduct of AISSEE 2027 in Jan 2027, NTA organises an online process for seat allocation which is known as “E Counseling for Sainik Schools”. Using this process, seats are allocated to both boys and girls for admission in Old and New Sainik Schools.
The admission of candidates to existing 33 Sainik schools as well as approved New Sainik schools (under the 40% route and 60% route) will be carried out on the basis of e-counseling as per the merit in AISSEE-2027.
Is E Counseling for Sainik Schools compulsory?
Yes. For every candidate who wishes to take admission in either Old or New Sainik Schools has to participate in E Counselling process. No. Every candidate who wishes to take admission in a Sainik School has to compulsorily participate in AISSEE written exam and subsequently in the online E Counseling process.
Yes. Before and after every round of E Counselling, Child is given choice to mark/select his preference order for Sainik Schools. For any query please connect with Dabad Academy here.
Candidates qualifying for AISSEE-2027, during the e-counseling process, will be
allotted a Sainik School or New Sainik School based on their choices selected in
the All India Sainik Schools Admission Counselling (AISSAC) portal. If a
candidate does not accept the allotted school, they will not be considered for that
school for future counseling sessions.
