RIMC Dehradun News: RIMC has released its admission notification for January 2026 term. A qualifying written exam for Jan26 term will be conducted on 01 June 2025 (Sunday). Eligibility for RIMC June 2025 written exam
Boys & Girls born between 02 January 2013 to 01 July 2014 are eligible to apply for written exam. While, guidelines indicate that at the time of appearing for exam child should be studying in class 7 or passed class 7; it is important to note that a child who is presently studying in class 6 but who shall be promoted to class 7 in April 2025 is also eligible to apply. (On 01 June 2025 ie exam date child should be in class 7)
Documents for RIMC June 2025 written exam
The prospectus which you receive from RIMC Dehradun contains two original forms. Both need to be filled & sent via courier to your respective state government (Address is provided in prospectus itself). The mandatory six documents which are to be attached with the Application Form are as under:
(a) Birth Certificate (issued by Municipal Corporation/Gram Panchayat).
(b) Domicile Certificate of the candidate.
(c) SC/ST Certificate (If applicable).
(d) School Studying Certificate. (A certificate from the Principal of the current school in which the candidate is studying, with photograph attested stating the date of birth (as per the school records) and the class in which the candidate is studying is to be submitted in original.)
(e) Photocopy of Aadhar Card of the Candidate (both sides) is a mandatory requirement failing which application will be rejected.
(f) Two passport size photographs.
Note: Application Form should reach the respective State Government by 31 March 2025. Kindly note that Application Form must be sent to the State Government and not to the Rashtriya Indian Military College, Dehradun, Uttarakhand. Last date for receival of application form for RIMC June2025 exam is 31 March 2025.

Fee Structure for RIMC Dehradun in 2025
For academic year 2025-26, RIMC Dehradun annual charges are Rs. 148650/- for General Candidates and Rs. 131850/- for SC/ST Candidates. Now, this does not include other variable costs such as pocket money or incidental charges.

Students can join RIMC Dehradun in 2025 in class 8 by appearing in a written exam, followed by interview & medical exam. A merit list is prepared state-wise based on performance in written & interview.
For academic year 2025-26, RIMC Dehradun has annual fees charges to the tune of Rs. 148650/- for General Candidates. An extra Rs 50,000 refundable security fee is deposited at the time of new admission.
