NTA launches Sainik School Medical List 3 March’26

Sainik School Latest News: After declaring Sainik School written exam 2026 result, NTA has released another notice for candidates towards their Sainik School medical exam. In the notice published on 03 March 2026, National Testing Agency has released guidelines for students towards publishing of Sainik School Medical List. Text from NTA notice on 3 March (Tuesday) for Sainik School medical 2026

For your usefulness, we are marking relevant text in bold.

1. It is hereby notified that, the school-wise revised & updated list of candidates shortlisted for the medical examination has been issued and made available in the respective candidate login portal.
2. Medical examination centres have been allotted only to the top 3x the number of candidates as per available vacancies category-wise/school-wise/registrations on portal, as per the applicable criteria, solely for the purpose of expediting the medical examination process.
3. It is hereby expressly clarified that the present list is neither a merit list nor a list of selected candidates. Publication of the same shall not be construed as selection, confirmation, or allotment of any school under any circumstances.
4. Candidates and parents/guardians shortlisted for medicals are advised to carry with them the following documents for conduct of medicals: –
   • 03 sets of medical form (available on AISSAC portal under ‘List of Documents’)
   • Copy of Admit Card of AISSEE-2026 along with original: Issued by NTA (to be self-certified)
   • Copy of Score Card of AISSEE-2026 along with original: Issued by NTA (to be self-certified)
   • Copy of Aadhaar card of self along with original (to be self-certified)
   • Copy of DoB Certificate along with original (to be self-certified)
   • Copy of Aadhaar card of parents along with original (to be self-certified)
5. It is the responsibility of the candidate/ parent to ensure timely completion of medicals of the candidate. Failure to do so would result in disqualification from further counselling process.
6. The previous notification of 02 March 2026, is to be treated as cancelled.

Know your selection for Sainik School Medical Exam 2026

At first, Let us try to understand text from point no 2 in above paragraph.
“Medical examination centres have been allotted only to the top 3x the number of candidates” means: For example, If a Sainik school has 90 vacancies for class 6, then 90 x 3 = 270 students are called for medical examination for this particular school for all the categories.

To know if you have been invited for medical examination by a particular Sainik School,
you need to login to official Sainik School E-Counselling portal on https://pesa.ncog.gov.in/ or you can login to Sainik School E-Counselling here.

Candidates who have been invited for Sainik School Medical exam 2026 will find name of ‘Allocated School for Medical’ mentioned in their e-counselling portal. Above image is taken from result of a Dabad Academy student who is allocated Sainik School Kunjpura for medical examination.
Important: As of 03 March 2026, Candidates are not updated about their Medical centre/Hospital by NTA. This information is expected within next 2-5 days.
